We limit the size options for the 6mm laces so the laces maintain their durability and aesthetic appeal.

As the laces get longer and are put through more eyelets, they need to be wider to handle the additional stress.

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

The full amount minus shipping costs will be refunded or you can exchange it for a similar item of equal value.In the event that your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the arrival with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Issues with damaged items are assessed and resolved on a case-by-case basis. Shipping fees may apply to return/exchange items. Refer to the Return Policy for more information.
